About
Las Tarascas is named for the famous fountain of Morelia, Michoacan, the one on the truck's logo, and the monarch butterflies painted beside it give the rest away. This is Michoacan cooking, done over a hot comal in Ogden.
Known for birria de res, cabeza al vapor, and quesabirrias with consome. Come hungry, the crowd around the truck most nights is there for a reason.
